Diese Datenschutzerklärung informiert Sie über die Art, den Umfang und den Zweck der Verarbeitung von personenbezogenen Daten bei der Nutzung unseres mobilen Spiels "Chinese Chess" (auch bekannt als Xiangqi / Cờ Tướng / Chinesisches Schach, im Folgenden "App" genannt).

Die App verlangt keine Registrierung mit persönlichen Daten (wie Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Telefonnummer oder Passwörter). Sie können alle Offline-Spielmodi (Lokales Spiel für zwei Personen am selben Gerät oder Spiel gegen die KI) vollständig ohne Eingabe personenbezogener Daten nutzen. Spielstände, Einstellungen und Offline-Partien verbleiben ausschließlich lokal auf Ihrem Endgerät.
3. Online-Mehrspielermodus & Cloud-Dienste (Google Firebase)
Um Ihnen den Online-Mehrspielermodus (Online PvP, Lobby-Matchmaking und private Einladungen) zur Verfügung zu stellen, nutzt die App Cloud-Dienste von Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland):
- Anonyme Spieler-ID: Beim ersten Start der App wird eine zufällige, eindeutige Benutzerkennung (UUID) generiert und lokal auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert. Es ist keine Verknüpfung mit einem Google-, Facebook- oder E-Mail-Konto erforderlich.
- Spielvermittlung & Züge: Zur Durchführung von Online-Partien werden über Firebase Cloud Firestore Spieldaten synchronisiert (anonyme Spieler-IDs der Spielteilnehmer, Online-Status in der Lobby, Schachzug-Koordinaten, Uhren-Zeitstempel sowie Spielausgang).
- Sicherheit: Die Datenübertragung zur Firebase-Infrastruktur erfolgt ausschließlich verschlüsselt über HTTPS/TLS.
4. Einbindung von Werbediensten (Google AdMob)
Um die App dauerhaft kostenlos anbieten zu können, sind Werbeanzeigen über den Dienst Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited) integriert.
Google AdMob erhebt und verarbeitet bestimmte Geräte- und Nutzungsdaten, um Werbeanzeigen auszuspielen, zu personalisieren und zu analysieren:
- Werbe-IDs: Die Google Advertising ID (AAID) Ihres Android-Geräts (eine vom Nutzer jederzeit zurücksetzbare Kennung zu Werbezwecken).
- Geräte- und Nutzungsdaten: IP-Adresse (in der Regel gekürzt), Gerätemodell, Betriebssystemversion, Spracheinstellungen, Bildschirmauflösung sowie Leistungsdaten der Werbeeinblendungen.
Sie können die personalisierte Werbung jederzeit in den Einstellungen Ihres Android-Geräts deaktivieren oder Ihre Werbe-ID zurücksetzen (unter Einstellungen -> Datenschutz -> Werbung bzw. Google -> Anzeigen).

5. Rechtsgrundlagen (DSGVO)
Die Verarbeitung von Daten zur Durchführung des Online-Spiels erfolgt auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragserfüllung / Bereitstellung der angeforderten Spielfunktion). Die Einbindung von Werbediensten erfolgt auf Grundlage unserer berechtigten Interessen an der Finanzierung und dem wirtschaftlichen Betrieb der App (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO) bzw. Ihrer Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO), sofern gesetzlich vorgeschrieben.
6. Speicherdauer und Löschung von Daten
Da wir selbst keine personenbezogenen Benutzerkonten führen, speichern wir keine identifizierenden Profildaten auf eigenen Servern. Daten von beendeten Online-Spielsitzungen in Firestore werden turnusmäßig bereinigt. Lokale Spieldaten auf Ihrem Endgerät können Sie jederzeit durch Deinstallieren der App oder durch das Löschen der App-Daten in den Systemeinstellungen Ihres Smartphones entfernen.
7. Ihre Rechte als betroffene Person
Nach Maßgabe der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) stehen Ihnen als Nutzer innerhalb der Europäischen Union folgende Rechte zu:

Unsere App richtet sich an ein allgemeines Publikum und sammelt wissentlich keinerlei personenbezogene Daten von Kindern unter 13 Jahren (bzw. unter 16 Jahren in der EU). Sollten Sie feststellen, dass ein Kind ohne elterliche Zustimmung personenbezogene Daten übermittelt hat, bitten wir um Kontaktaufnahme zur sofortigen Bereinigung.

All offline game modes (Pass & Play on the same device and Player vs. AI) store match states, settings, and statistics exclusively and locally on your mobile device.
3. Online Multiplayer & Cloud Services (Google Firebase)
To enable online gameplay (Online PvP, Lobby matchmaking, and friend invites), the App integrates cloud services provided by Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC):
- Anonymous Player ID: Upon first launching the app, a random, unique player identifier (UUID) is generated and stored locally on your device. No third-party login (such as Google or Facebook) is required.
- Game Synchronization: To coordinate active online matches, move coordinates (chess board coordinates), player lobby status (available/inGame), countdown timestamps, and match results are transmitted to and synchronized via Firebase Cloud Firestore.
- Security: All network communication with Firebase servers is encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS / TLS encryption.
4. Integration of Advertising Services (Google AdMob)
To keep this application free of charge, we show advertisements. The App integrates the advertising service Google AdMob (provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).
Google AdMob collects and processes certain device and usage data to display, personalize, and analyze advertisements. This includes:
- Advertising IDs: The Android Advertising ID (AAID). This is a unique, resettable identifier provided by your mobile operating system used for advertising purposes.
- Device & Usage Data: IP address (typically truncated/anonymized), device model, OS version, language settings, and ad performance analytics.
You can manage, reset, or disable personalized advertising at any time through your Android device settings (navigate to Settings -> Privacy -> Ads or Google -> Ads).

5. Data Retention and Deletion
Because we do not maintain personal accounts, we do not retain identifiable personal dossiers on our servers. Online match sessions in Firestore are ephemeral and cleaned up periodically. You can remove all local game data at any time by clearing the App's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.
6. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR, CCPA & Global Regulations)
Depending on your region, you have rights regarding your data under regulations such as the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

Để phục vụ tính năng thi đấu trực tuyến (Online PvP, sảnh chờ ghép bàn tự động và tạo phòng đấu mời bạn bè), Ứng dụng sử dụng dịch vụ đám mây của Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC):
- Mã định danh người chơi ngẫu nhiên: Khi mở ứng dụng lần đầu, một mã định danh người dùng duy nhất (UUID) được tạo tự động và lưu trữ trên bộ nhớ thiết bị. Người chơi không cần đăng nhập bằng tài khoản Google hay Facebook.
- Đồng bộ ván cờ: Dữ liệu phòng chơi, trạng thái sảnh chờ (sẵn sàng/đang chơi), tọa độ các nước đi của quân cờ, thời gian đồng hồ thi đấu và kết quả ván cờ được đồng bộ thông qua dịch vụ Firebase Cloud Firestore.
- Bảo mật: Toàn bộ quá trình truyền tải dữ liệu đến máy chủ Firebase đều được mã hóa bằng giao thức bảo mật HTTPS/TLS.
